To make a purchase at Castro Electrónica, using seQura as the technological platform and Svea Bank as the financial entity, add the desired products to the cart and proceed to the payment page.
Then, choose the seQura payment method and follow the steps until you complete the purchase. The financial entity's computer analysis system will carry out an individual study of the order, taking into account multiple variables, both relating to the customer and the products that are part of the order.
Acceptance by the computer system is an essential requirement to be able to use the services offered by Svea Bank as a financial entity, with seQura as a technological platform.
If the purchase is accepted, you can always be up to date with the status of the payment plan by accessing your customer account and via email.
Anyone who meets the following requirements can purchase with SeQura:
- Reside in Portugal;
- Be of legal age;
- Have a debit or credit card, issued in Portuguese territory, enabled to make online payments;
- Have a cell phone capable of receiving SMS;
- Have a cell phone with a camera or a webcam on the computer;
- Not valid for commercial companies.
Debit and credit cards, Visa and Mastercard, issued in Portuguese territory are accepted, with a minimum of 2 months until the end of validity.
Avoid using virtual cards. Choosing conventional credit/debit cards ensures greater reliability in future payments.
Still, if you use a virtual card, make sure you choose one of the following options: “Multiple purchases” or “Recurring payment”.
If you choose “Multiple purchases”, the value of the card must be equivalent, or slightly higher, to the total amount of the purchase.
Please note that the “One-time Purchase” virtual card option is not valid for this type of purchase.
If you are unable to make payment when selecting one of our payment methods, please carry out the following checks:
- Confirm that the card is enabled to make online payments;
- Confirm that the card is not deactivated;
- Confirm that the card is not expired;
- Confirm that you have correctly entered all numbers, expiration date and CVC;
- Confirm that you have the latest version of the banking application to confirm the payment;
- Confirm that you have the available balance to make the debit.
