When can I pick up my order?
Order Paid: We estimate 45 minutes to 1 hour after placing your order. The preparation period may vary depending on the number of people in our stores.

Where do I collect?
The survey can be done in one of our stores, Mozelos/Porto.

Is there any additional cost?
Yes, but only and only if your order is less than €50.00 with prepayment ATM. An administrative fee of €1.25 is added.

The values shown are applied per unit purchased.
The application of silicone or other insulators is not considered.
Technical equipment installations (installation of gas-operated items, equipment with loose/stripped cables, etc.) in the recipient's home are not considered.
Any fixing of articles to walls or similar items in the recipient's home is not considered.
In built-in items, if the holes in the furniture do not coincide with those in the appliances, new holes are not considered.
Installation of items may be carried out on a later date than delivery to be agreed between the customer and the carrier.
The collection of old equipment will only be carried out if it is the same type. The item must be properly cleaned and ready for collection (without being connected to the mains, without water or ice).
Large domestic appliances are considered: refrigerators, freezers, chests, refrigerators, wine racks, dish/washing machines, cooling showcases, etc.
It is the customer's full responsibility to ensure that the typology and dimensions of the purchased items are compatible with access to the place of delivery/installation. In case of difficulties in delivery due to access to the location make it impossible to move the item, Castro Electrónica will decline any responsibility and will attribute any costs inherent to the customer journey

All fragile service adds €2.99. The Fragile Service is a service that makes the handling of the equipment in our warehouse is carried out in a more delicate way and in a distinct zone. At the carrier, there is also this care and the article does not come into machines or mats, always being handled by an employee, which translates into a lower chance of damage. This service does not add any kind additional packaging/labeling to avoid damaging the product's original packaging.
Shipping of large items (washing machines, refrigerators, etc.) will be carried out by Logic, TCT (shipments to Spain) or Abreucarga (shipments to Madeira and the Azores).
For shipments to the Islands, some products may have to be shipped by boat, as they are considered potentially dangerous, such as sprays, batteries, among others.
It is only possible to deliver 1-pack orders at Vasp Kios Points, so orders with this delivery method and with more than 1 package will be automatically sent to the customer's address.
In online appliance purchases, acceptance of the used appliance is dependent on the available cargo space on the part of the transport company. should contact us in advance.
